Summer is here! Laying out by the pool, hanging outside with friends, drinking cold drinks … And I guess you want to get your summer body, right? The biggest step to getting that summer body is exercise. My favorites exercises are bicycle crunches and belly twisters! As for cardio workouts, try running, walking, or riding your bike.
