When you smile, the world smiles back! I just love to smile 🙂 What about you? How often do you smile in a day?? Do you smile when you meet new people?? Read on for 7 reasons why smiling is good for you, your health and your social life! 🙂

We all know that water is good for us, right? 🙂 Water is an incredibly important aspect of our daily lives. Every day we drink water, cook with water, bathe in water, and participate in many other activities involving water.

  7. Soft drinks, coffee, and tea, while made up almost entirely of water, also contain caffeine. Caffeine can act as a mild diuretic, preventing water from traveling to necessary locations in the body.
  8. Pure water (solely hydrogen and oxygen atoms) has a neutral pH of 7, which is neither acidic nor basic.
  9. Water dissolves more substances than any other liquid. Wherever it travels, water carries chemicals, minerals, and nutrients with it.
  10. Somewhere between 70 and 75 percent of the earth’s surface is covered with water.

Abs Exercises

Hey guys,

Do you want nice abs? I guess you want, but you are too lazy to go to the gym? Haha, I can show you some exercises for abs, which you can do at home. 🙂


If you don’t have dumbbells – don’t do side bends and dumbbell front squats. 🙂 I sometimes do these exercises. Some of them are a bit harder, some – easier. Just try, because today is another chance make yourself proud!

Vitamin C

Hello guys,

Today I want to tell you about vitamin C because it is really important for our body. Let’s start! 🙂

Function: Vitamin C helps to heal wounds, prevent cell damage, promote healthy gums and teeth, strengthen the immune system, and absorb iron. It also helps neutralize free-radicals in cells that promote aging, fight bacterial infections, and aid in the production of red blood cells.


Sources: Fresh fruit and berries (especially citrus fruits), green vegetables, onions, tomatoes, radishes, and rose hips are all excellent vitamin C sources.

Recommended daily intake: Men and women should each consume at least 60 mg of vitamin C daily. Many things can increase the need of vitamin C in the body, including stress and smoking. For smokers, recommended intake increases to 110 mg for women and 125 mg for men. While not getting enough vitamin C can lead to scurvy, consuming more than 2000 mg on a daily basis can lead to headaches, increased urination, mild diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not take more than the recommended amounts of Vitamin C.

Gym Bag Essentials

Hello guys!

I love going to the gym! What about you? But … What to pack in your gym bag? It’s very important to have the right items with you at the gym. Today i’ll tell you my gym bag essentials!

1. Your gym outfit!

2. Water bottle. If you want to have a better workout, you should make sure you are drinking enough water before and during your workout.


Hair ties

3. For girls – hair ties.

4. Deodorant..

5. iPod/MP3 Player. Good music = a great workout! It doesn’t matter who you are or what type of tunes you like, turn up the volume and let your ears enjoy!

6. Lock. Most gyms have a “no bag” policy on the fitness floor, so you have to put your gear in a locker.

7. Healthy Snacks!                                                         


Body lotion.

8. Body lotion.

9. Spray/perfume.

10. if you shower..a towel,soap, comb, blow dryer and etc.

11. Don’t forget your gym membership card!!!
