Exercise everyday!

Hi guys! Today i’ll show you, how to exercise everyday. Some girls or boys say, that they are unhealthy and proud of it. NO! Trust me, when you exercise everyday, eat healthy, drink lots of water you feel stronger, run faster, feel healthy and look healthy! So, let’s start!

Monday.  This is going to be your first day of working out! Yay! 🙂

1. Start your day with a big breakfast. 2. 50 jumping jacks.  3. 15 minutes arm work  4. 30 minutes evening walk.

Tuesday. Second day of exercising. I guess you are not feeling stronger. But wait!

1. 30 minutes morning walk. 2. 25 sit ups. 3. 15 minutes ab work. 4. 30 minutes wild dancing. 5. Have a soup and salad dinner.

Wednesday.

1. Give yourself a small treat. 2.  30 minutes deep breathing. 3. 15 minutes leg work. 4. 30 minutes cardio. 5. 30 pelvic lifts.

Thursday. Don’t stop exercising!

1. Have a hot ( healthy! ) breakfast. 2. 30 minutes morning walk. 3. 25 left leg raises. 4. 25 right leg raises. 5. 15 minutes arm work.

Friday. Yay, it’s Friday!

1. 40 sit ups. 2. 10 minutes up and down stairs. 3. 30 squats. 4. 30 minutes evening walk. 5. Salad dinner.

Saturday.

1. 30 minutes cardio. 2. 50 crunches. 3. 25 left leg lunges. 4. 25 right leg lunges. 5. Have a big healthy lunch. 6. 25 jumping jacks.

Sunday. The last day of the week. You are so strong now! 🙂

1. Buy fresh foods. 2. 25 squats. 3. 1 hour afternoon walk. 4. 30 minutes cardio. 5. 15 minutes leg work.  6. If you want – 1 hour yoga.
