You know these days, when you want to start exercising, but you are too lazy … You just want to lay in your bed. But your body needs to be healthy, anyways. So now stand up and start exercising with me!
Now – single leg raises. At first it will be hard, but trust me – it will become easier next time! 🙂 Don’t stop doing this exercise! Secondly, you have to do inner thigh pulses. Thirdly, you have to do reverse crunches and then you have to do knee push-ups. Yeah, some girls can’t do them. I know. But don’t give up! If you can dream it, you can do it! 🙂
