Sleeping is really good for you! Getting 8-9 hours of sleep a night reduces dark circles under your eyes and reduces wrinkles. Many studies also suggest that you will live longer, so who doesn’t want that ? 🙂 Getting enough sleep can improve memory too! Who doesn’t want to be beautiful?? So, sleep, it’s really good for you!
Water, water, water … You have to drink about seven cups of water each day !! Want to know everything about water? Click here!
Exercising! You have to exercise three days each week for an hour or two hours. If you want – you can exercise everyday, but not too much. More about exercising everyday – here!
Healthy eating! You have to eat three snacks and three meals each day. In my blog there are lots of healthy recipes – snacks, smoothies, breakfast ideas, etc.
Yes, these are healthy life secrets which everybody knows, but not everybody does. I’m trying to eat healthy, drink lots of water, sleep well and exercise, because I want to be healthy, look healthy, feel healthy and live longer! Who doesn’t want to live longer?! 🙂 So, that’s it. 🙂

Do you want nice abs? I guess you want, but you are too lazy to go to the gym? Haha, I can show you some exercises for abs, which you can do at home. 🙂
If you don’t have dumbbells – don’t do side bends and dumbbell front squats. 🙂 I sometimes do these exercises. Some of them are a bit harder, some – easier. Just try, because today is another chance make yourself proud!

I love going to the gym! What about you? But … What to pack in your gym bag? It’s very important to have the right items with you at the gym. Today i’ll tell you my gym bag essentials!
1. Your gym outfit!
2. Water bottle. If you want to have a better workout, you should make sure you are drinking enough water before and during your workout.
3. For girls – hair ties.
5. iPod/MP3 Player. Good music = a great workout! It doesn’t matter who you are or what type of tunes you like, turn up the volume and let your ears enjoy!
6. Lock. Most gyms have a “no bag” policy on the fitness floor, so you have to put your gear in a locker.
7. Healthy Snacks!
8. Body lotion.
10. if you shower..a towel,soap, comb, blow dryer and etc.
11. Don’t forget your gym membership card!!!
